Configuring Order Status


Sellware sends all sales from your Marketplace channels to your store allowing you to use you existing backend processes for order processing and fulfillment.  Setting the order status allows you to configure how the orders are imported into your store.


To get to the Order Status area, click on the Settings menu option in the upper right, then click on Order.  Once you are in the Order area, click on Order Statuses on the left menu.


In the Order Status screen you will see the Sellware order status on the left.  On the right is a dropdown that is populated with the order statuses from your store.  Simply click the dropdown next to the Sellware order status to select which store order status you would like to be associated with the order when it is sent to your store.
