Once orders are Approved, they are moved from Draft Orders into Approved Orders and are queued to sync to your primary channel.  From here you can see if the orders have synced, and if orders have been marked as shipped.  You can also use the Perform on Selected to manually mark orders as shipped.

- Indicates that the Order is waiting to be synced with your primary channel
 - Indicates that the Order is synced with your primary channel
 - Indicates that the Order is Paid-In-Full
 - Indicates that the Order has been shipped
